All major credit and debit cards are accepted along with pay pal.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Everything will be sent with royal mail tracked and signed for so we are not liable for lost parcels. Delivery is 2 working days or 3-4 working days from the date order is placed. Unless delivery times are stated under each piece for special products.  For pre order the delivery date will be confirmed via email after purchase and available in products description. If you really need a next day delivery for a special occasion please DM on Instagram as I can arrange this if required.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are sorry to hear you would like to return your item. 14 days from date of delivery we accept returns for anything you didn’t love, or you can an exchange for items in stock, if item is out of stock a refund will be issued. If you didn’t love item or you are not happy with the product we will happily give a full refund for unworn goods with tags on and work with you to get to the bottom of any issues going forward. We at OIMH are always looking for ways to help make it easier for our customer to shop.  Buyer pays return shipping using postage bag provided on shipping.
